Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of psychological and legal aspects of the existential and humanistic problematics. It is shown that now the problems of attitude to life and death in juridical psychology are mainly considered in connection with needs of practice. Meanwhile studying of these problems seems very actual due to the necessity of knowledge of the main regularities of formation of the person as a highly organized being, moral and ethical basis of his/her existenc
