Submission of articles for the 4th issue of 2026 (December) is open until September 1, 2026.

Dear colleagues!

Due to the large volume of incoming materials, we inform you that the deadline for submitting manuscripts for consideration for issue 4 (2026) is September 1, 2026. Issues 2 and 3 have already been compiled from previously submitted articles that have successfully passed peer review. The "For Authors" section provides all the information necessary for our collaboration. It is important to note that articles are published as they progress through the editorial process: complete preparation in accordance with all journal requirements and the provision of documents expedites the review process.
