Аннотация
Введение. Переход от юности к молодости является важным этапом в развитии личности, в котором изменяется восприятие окружающей действительности и жизненного мира. Но эмпирических исследований, посвященных данной проблеме, очень мало. Новизна данного исследования заключается в изучении жизненного мира юношей и девушек разных возрастных групп. В основу исследования положена концепция Ф. Е. Василюка, который выделяет внешний и внутренний аспекты жизненного мира и их основные характеристики: легкость/трудность внешнего мира; простота/сложность внутреннего.
Методы. Использована методика графического представления жизненного психологического пространства Г. В. Шуковой для оценки многосоставности мира как критерия его простоты/сложности. Для оценки легкости/трудности жизненного мира были использованы три методики: 1) модифицированная методика А. Б. Купрейченко для оценки субъективной удаленности предметов потребности; 2) методика Е. Б. Фанталовой «Уровень соотношения “ценности” и “доступности” в различных жизненных сферах» для определения субъективной трудности достижения значимых объектов; и 3) методика оценки глобальной удовлетворенности жизнью и субъективного уровня счастья для общей оценки субъективной трудности мира.
Результаты. Результаты исследования показали, что у юношей и девушек в 16–17 лет жизненные миры являются сходными как по критерию простоты/сложности их внутреннего мира, так и по показателям легкости/трудности внешнего. В возрасте 18–22 года девушки имеют более сложный и дифференцированный внутренний мир, чем юноши, у которых пространство жизненного мира к этому возрасту упрощается. Различия в этом возрасте также проявляются в том, что девушки менее удовлетворены жизнью и счастливы, что связано с увеличением для них субъективной трудности их жизненного мира.
Обсуждение результатов. Обсуждается кризисный характер перестройки жизненного мира, происходящей у юношей и девушек с привлечением различных способов преобразования субъективной реальности.
