We anonymize articles ourselves, so send us articles with all the author's information.

The cost of editorial and publishing services

All articles are double-blind peer-reviewed. The decision to accept the article for publication is made by the editorial board.

Due to the prevailing conditions, the publication is free for foreign authors. However, we ask the authors to cite our journal in their future articles.

Requirements for the  articles

  1. The text of the article is typed in the Word editor (.doc, .docx);
  2. Font: Times New Roman, 14, spacing - 1.5
  3. Text alignment: by width.
  4. Edges: all 2.0 cm wide;
  5. Volume: at least 15 pages;
  6. Title: 5-12 words;
  7. Abstract: 200-250 words. The abstract is a source of information about the entire content of the article. There should be no copied fragments of the article, links to sources, abbreviations and abbreviations (if they are not disclosed in it). 
  8. Keywords: 7-10;
  9. The article should be structured: "Introduction", "Methods", "Results", "Discussion".
  10. In theoretical publications, the sections "Methods" and "Results" are replaced by "Theoretical justification".
  11. Tables. They are designed according to the APA style there is an example in the template
  12. Send pictures from the text of the article in a separate file: this way the image quality will not be lost during layout.

The list of references is drawn up strictly according to the APA 6 style. The article should use at least 30 references. 

Procedure for reviewing articles

1. You send the article via the website or to our mail, and attach the documents. If there is an urgency of publication (for example, for a grant report), notify us. 

2. If there is, you can ask questions about publications to the issuing editor Evgeny Pronenko by email rospsihj.disk@gmail.com .

3. We inform you that the article has been received. We ask for documents if there are none. We point out critical comments on the design of the article. Notification takes up to 7 days.

4. If we have not replied that the article has been received, in 7 days – feel free to write to the mail rospsihj.disk@gmail.com . 

5. At the editorial board meeting, we send the article for review, select reviewers. Meetings are usually held once a week on Wednesday. There may be delays of up to 3 weeks with strong employment of editorial staff. 

6. We inform you that the article is sent for review and send the anonymized article to two reviewers.

7. The review takes 2-4 weeks. We have a double-blind review. 

8. As soon as we receive a review, we send it to you.

9. We do literary editing of the article. The editor makes edits and coordinates them with you. You approve the final version of the article.

13. After the layout of the article, we send you a link to the pdf file of the article "Online-first" so that you can evaluate the layout. Here is the last chance to make edits to the article. 

15. Articles are ready! They are published on the website. 

16. We usually publish the Russian–language version first, and the English-language version appears on the site a little later. 

17. Articles are sent to databases and indexed in them after a while.
