Аннотация
Введение. В статье представлены результаты исследования особенностей представлений о понятии «служение» представителей различных профессиональных групп: госслужащих, военнослужащих национальной гвардии Российской Федерации, пожарных и спасателей Министерства Российской Федерации по делам гражданской обороны, чрезвычайным ситуациям и ликвидации последствий стихийных бедствий (МЧС РФ). Методы. Использован метод экспертных оценок, направленный на получение информации (мнений экспертов) и позволяющий восполнить и упорядочить сведения о служении. В качестве экспертов выступили специалисты, чья деятельность (служба, служение) направлена на благо страны и общества: госслужащие, военнослужащие национальной гвардии РФ, пожарные и спасатели МЧС. Метод контент-анализа позволил выполнить качественный и количественный анализ содержания ответов экспертов о понятии «служение». Результаты и их обсуждение. Выделенные лингвистические единицы анализа ответов экспертов объединены в 5 контент-аналитических категорий: «отношение к труду», «исполнение гражданского, служебного долга», «помощь людям», «черты личности», «богослужение». В представлении госслужащих служение относится к категориям «помощь людям», «отношение к труду», «исполнение гражданского, служебного долга». Военнослужащие характеризуют служение категориями «исполнение гражданского, служебного долга» и «отношение к труду». Категории «черты личности», «помощь людям», «отношение к труду», «исполнение гражданского, служебного долга» являются наиболее значимыми в представлении пожарных и спасателей МЧС о понятии «служение». Все эксперты представляют служение как профессиональную деятельность, направленную на оказание помощи людям и исполнение гражданского, служебного долга, обусловленную эмоционально-ценностным отношением к труду. Различия в понимании служения представителями различных профессиональных групп обусловлены спецификой и содержанием их профессиональной деятельности. Новизна результатов исследования заключается в расширении знаний о служении как психологическом феномене и в возможности их использования в психологическом и мотивационном обеспечении профессиональной деятельности специалистов.
