Аннотация

Введение. Психологическое изучение профессиональной деятельности традиционно базируется на представлениях о двух ее базовых типах – объектном и субъектном. В предыдущих исследованиях мы обосновали необходимость дифференциации еще одного типа – информационного, в практическом плане выходящего на доминирующие позиции в связи с глобальной информатизацией, а в теоретическом – обладающего глубокой спецификой. Данное исследование продолжает выявление подобной специфики, рассматривая ее в ракурсе метакогнитивной организации деятельности. Новизна заключается в выявлении характерной для профессий информационного типа метакогнитивной детерминации удовлетворенности работой, которая ранее не рассматривалась. Методы. Выборка включила 235 российских профессионалов, представляющих две группы профессий – информационного и объектного типов. Применялись методики «Субшкала удовлетворенности работой Мичиганского опросника организационной оценки», «Опросник метакогнитивной осознанности», «Интегративно-типологическая профессиональная направленность личности». Результаты. Для профессий информационного типа достоверным предиктором удовлетворенности работой является общий уровень метакогнитивной осознанности, а для респондентов, у которых профессиональная направленность в высокой степени соответствует информационному типу профессии, – также уровень метакогнитивных знаний. В отличие от этого, у представителей профессий объектного типа показатели метакогнитивной осознанности не влияют на удовлетворенность работой, в том числе для респондентов с высокой степенью соответствия профессиональной направленности данному типу профессий. Обсуждение результатов. Результаты исследования сопоставлены с результатами других авторов по выраженности и межпрофессиональным различиям показателей метакогнитивной осознанности и удовлетворенности работой. Сделан вывод о том, что профессиональная деятельность информационного типа обладает спецификой, отличающей ее от деятельности объектного типа в плане метакогнитивной детерминации удовлетворенности работой.
