Аннотация
Введение. В условиях масштабного распространения новой коронавирусной инфекции изучение и выявление психологических факторов, влияющих на отказ от вакцинации, обусловленный недоверием или неуверенностью в безопасности и эффективности вакцины, сомнениями в ее пользе и опасениями в связи с неконтролируемыми последствиями, представляется чрезвычайно важным, востребованным и имеющим практическую значимость. Новизна исследования состоит в фокусировании внимания на когнитивных аспектах отношения студенческой молодежи к вакцинации от COVID-19, обусловливающих отказ от вакцинации.
Методы. В исследовании принимали участие 76 студентов университета (М = 20,63; SD = 2,38), из них 56 человек женского и 20 человек мужского пола. Для сбора данных использовались авторская анкета, направленная на выявление субъективного отношения к вакцине и вакцинации от COVID-19, и методика «Шкала страха COVID-19» D. K. Ahorsu et al., для анализа – частотный, корреляционный и прототипический анализ П. Вержеса.
Результаты и их обсуждение. На фоне преобладающего низкого уровня переживания страха COVID-19 выявлено негативное отношение к вакцинации у большей части участников исследования, выраженное в отказе от потенциального вакцинирования (63 человека). Доминирующими причинами отказа выступают: отсутствие доверия и страх последствий, ненадежность вакцины и наличие антител. Обнаружено, что ядро представлений о вакцине отражает формально-нейтральный характер ассоциаций, дефицит ценностно-смысловых и эмоционально-насыщенных репрезентаций, отсутствие актуализированных личностных смыслов, тогда как периферия включает важные дескрипторы, указывающие на амбивалентное отношение к возможным последствиям вакцинации. Полученные результаты интерпретируются в контексте когнитивных аберраций, актуализированных в ситуации неопределенности: преувеличение личностью собственной осведомленности, иллюзия компетентности, навязанные заблуждения, эгоцентрическое искажение, иллюзия контроля, иллюзорная корреляция, когнитивный диссонанс.
