Особенности ценностно-мотивационной сферы личности психологов и психиатров

Аннотация

Введение. Целью исследования было изучение особенностей ценностно-мотивационной сферы личности психологов и психиатров на этапе профессиональной самореализации. Большинство предпринятых в последние десятилетия исследований на эту тему сфокусированы больше на формировании психологической готовности к трудовой деятельности при получении профессионального образования и при вхождении в профессиональную деятельность. Дальнейшие этапы профессионализации врачей и психологов чаще всего изучаются в контексте проблемы профессионального выгорания.

Новизна данного исследования заключается в сравнительном изучении особенности ценностно-мотивационной сферы личности психологов и психиатров, специфика деятельности которых характеризуется повышенной стрессогенностью и эмоциональной напряженностью.

Методы. Были использованы психодиагностические тестовые методики: «Диагностика мотивационной структуры личности», «Направленность личности», «Когнитивная ориентация», «МАС», «Мотивация аффилиации», «Мотивация трудовой деятельности», «Ценностные ориентации», «Оценка удовлетворенности потребностей методом парных сравнений», «Степень напряженности», а также угловое преобразование Фишера для проверки статистической достоверности различий между сравниваемыми группами.

Результаты. Проведенное исследование показало, что для ценностно-мотивационной сферы личности психиатров и психологов характерен ряд различий. Мотивационная направленность личности психиатров в большей степени связана с социальным статусом и жизнеобеспечением, в отличие от психологов, для которых более важными являются общая активность и социальная полезность. Кроме того, для психологов характерным является высокий уровень когнитивных потребностей, для психиатров же более важными являются потребности в самореализации и социальные потребности. Данные результаты соотносятся с особенностями ценностных ориентаций: для психологов более важной является инструментальная ценность – «образованность», для психиатров – «терпимость».

Обсуждение результатов. Делается вывод о выявленных различиях в ценностно-мотивационной сфере психиатров и психологов. Предполагается, что некоторые из них, в процессе профессиональной самореализации, могут служить основанием для формирования успешной профессиональной деятельности, а другие, наоборот, возникновению синдрома эмоционального выгорания.
