Аннотация
Введение. Интенсивное развитие инструментов и технологий искусственного интеллекта открывает широкие междисциплинарные возможности для исследования различных типов поведения личности. К таким инструментам относятся большие языковые модели (LLM) – нейронные сети глубокого обучения со множеством параметров. Одним из перспективных вариантов их использования выступает прогнозирование поведения человека через интерпретацию содержания текстовых сообщений пользователей различных онлайн платформ в цифровой среде.
Методы. Исследование осуществлено на выборке, включающей 541 текстовое сообщение, которые были извлечены из онлайн-платформ. Тексты были размечены экспертами-психологами на основе стандартизированных психолингвистических критериев по трем типам поведения: деструктивное, конструктивное, информативное. В качестве инструмента интерпретации текстов был выбрана большая языковая модель «Claude 3.5», адаптированная под задачи многоклассовой классификации через конфигурируемые запросы. Для автоматической классификации текстов был применен API модели Claude 3.5 с базовым запросом, формализующим критерии экспертов-психологов.
Результаты. Впервые предложена технология прогнозирования (интерпретации) конструктивного, деструктивного и информативного поведения пользователей социальных сетей с точностью классификации в пределах 62-76%. Прогнозирование осуществляется через квалитативный анализ текстов любого объема на базе больших языковых моделей. Технология разработана на базе междисциплинарного взаимодействия психологов, IT-специалистов и систем искусственного интеллекта с использованием возможностей больших языковых моделей к рефлексии через итеративный диалог.
Обсуждение результатов. Технология расширяет возможности психологов прогнозировать поведение на выборках, включающих миллионы пользователей цифровой среды и показывает векторы разработки инструментов интерпретации различных психологических феноменов через анализ текстов. Также показана необходимость дальнейшей адаптации технологии под культурные и лингвистические особенности для минимизации ошибок и противоречий в классификации.
